General Motors may have officially kept a lid on the Chevy Beat up until now, but the firm's Chief Designer Ed Welburn not only confirmed that the new minicar will make its world debut at this week's 2009 Detroit auto show, but he also gave us an 'up-skirt' view of the model during a live interview with Matt Lauer from NBC's Today Show.
